My Biography

Joe began his love affair with real estate in 1978, owning and operating a residential and commercial real estate firm in Burlingame.

Intrigued by the development side of the real estate business and anxious to further use the field experience and project management skills he'd honed earlier as a PG&E foreman, Joe became National Sites Manager for Landmark Education Corporation in 1983 and managed commercial Real Estate around the U.S. for 10 years. Having worked in marketing and training in the nonprofit sector, Joe is solidly aware of the need to follow through on promises made. "My focus has always been to have my clients' dreams realized. That's why I'm so excited to be working in Real Estate, and alongside Martin Levy, who so distinctly wants the right results for his clients, too." says Joe.

Recognizing the superior quality of life in Sonoma County and the abundant opportunities for homeownership not readily available south of The City, Joe relocated to Santa Rosa in 1983.

A dedicated family man, a leader and active participant in his community, Joe has two children and lives in Santa Rosa with his wife, Betty, a registered nurse in Sutter Medical Center.

Fully committed to his clients' best interests, Joe maintains a bulldog mentality and tenacity in his search for the perfect property for buyers and a dogged determination in finding the perfect buyer for his sellers.
